Grow Your Own is a personal journaling and tracking tool for home plant cultivation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including any local laws governing the cultivation of plants.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the App's features to you.
The App offers optional AI-generated plant health insights for informational purposes only. These insights may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice. Use your own judgment.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadie's 3sons LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
